RCF P 4228 Dual 8″ 400W Weatherproof 2-Way Speaker System

Description The P 4228 is a full-range, weather-resistant two-way loudspeaker designed for versatile professional use, either as a standalone unit or in array configurations. Its low-frequency section includes two 8″ neodymium woofers with 2.5″ voice coils arranged symmetrically to ensure controlled horizontal dispersion. The high-frequency section features a 1.4″ neodymium compression driver with a 2.5″ diaphragm mounted on a constant directivity CMD horn, delivering smooth and focused sound over a 110° by 60° coverage area. This system offers a frequency response from 80 Hz to 20 kHz and a peak output of 129 dB SPL. The internal electronics include LICC crossover and Active Mosfet Compression Driver Protection (AMCDP) for reliable performance. The single-piece roto-molded cabinet is UV-protected and IP55 rated for weather resistance. It comes equipped with four M8 brass inserts, a corrosion-resistant stainless steel U-bracket, and watertight Amphenol IP67 input connectors.
