Pomona (name of a goddess) was the goddess of fruitful abundance; fruit trees, gardens and orchards in ancient Roman religion and myth. In Raija Uosikkinen's cute Pomona series, there are nine different patterns of fruit and berries. Colourful prints of the fruit and berries cover the surface of these popular dishes. A jar is a container that can be used for long-term storing of foods and drinks. You can also use it for interior decoration. For example, you could put in some flowers, your favorite sweets, stationery and so on. There might be some imperfections in this lovely jar: the glazing has minor uneven spots such as little lumps or dents. Please see the additional photo.
